What does Step 2 do?
Step 2 is the setting (neutralising) stage of the Elleebana One Shot lash lift system. After Step 1 has softened the lash structure so the lashes can be reshaped, Step 2 helps reform the hair’s disulfide bonds to set the lashes in their newly lifted position. This is an essential stage in creating a lasting lash lift.
